AlmondNet Joins Network Advertising Initiative

AlmondNet Committed To Delivering Privacy-Sensitive Online Ads

NEW YORK - AlmondNet, a New York-based media and advertising technology company, has announced that it has joined the Network Advertising Initiative (NAI). The NAI is a trade association for online advertisers, email service providers, and similar marketing and analytics organizations. Since its inception in 2000, the NAI has been dedicated to addressing public policy concerns related to privacy and emerging technologies. The NAI has successfully launched self-regulatory solutions to online ad targeting, the use of web beacons, and email marketing.

AlmondNet's (www.almondnet.com) Post-Search network serves relevant ads to consumers based on their recent online searches. Post-search ads do not utilize personally identifiable information, and every ad allows consumers the opportunity to opt out.

"We designed our Post-Search technology from the ground up to give consumers a choice. If they choose not to receive ads delivered via AlmondNet's Post-Search network, they can opt out from any message that we deliver," said Roy Shkedi, founder and CEO of AlmondNet.
